DELIVERY GUIDELINES

All custom/made to order items ship on a trackable service with DPD or Royal Mail to ensure the best possible carriage for your parcel - so you know your order is in safe hands. 

STORE COLLECTION AVAILABLE 

Local collection items will be confirmed via email - once you have received your store collection confirmation email,  simply head to the store during Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm opening times and we will have your item waiting for you.  Please wait for your cofirmation email before heading to the store.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

IN STOCK 'BRANDED' ITEMS

All branded items (not Walker & Walker or WALKER HOME) shown as 'in stock' will be despatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note shipping is estimated and times may be affected by DPD/Royal Mail/EVRI services during peak times.  We can not be responsible for slower or delayed orders due to COVID 19/Mail Strike/Peak time - parcels which are shipped in line with advertised Royal Mail are considered to be shipped on time - we are sure that in these uncertain times customers understand there can be unforeseen delays beyond our control. Please note we do not offer a next day delivery service on any of our products. 

 

CUSTOM MAKES & MADE TO ORDER

All Walker & Walker and WALKER HOME items are considered 'CUSTOM MAKES' are made to order items which are handmade so please allow 2.5 weeks (excluding weekends & public holidays) for us to make your garment and notify you that your order has been dispatched. 

Please be aware that if you order a single item or set it is likely to be delivered within the above timescale - if you are ordering multiple items this will take longer.

Our lead times maybe also be longer in the event of promotional periods (or where you use a discount code) and peak time Christmas trading, but we will endeavour to be realistic in our lead times - please forgive us in advance if your order is affected.

Standard Delivery (Via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service or DPD Standard which takes 1-2 days from date of despatch) £5.99

All terrestrial orders will be fulfilled and all orders will receive a parcel reference number when the dispatch has been confirmed to ensure the security of your order.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note for International Orders - any local taxes applied before or when your order arrives in the country of ordering are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order - Walker and Walker are not responsible for customs charges of this nature.


Europe (Standard Delivery aimed at 16 - 20 days from date of despatch) £16.00
Rest of the World (Standard Delivery aimed at 16 -20 days from date of despatch): £20.00

 

All international orders will receive a parcel reference tracking number when dispatch has been confirmed to ensure the security of your order.

Please note for all orders: 

In the event of missed delivery of items – then it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local postal service/courier to either collect the item or arrange redelivery.

Products will not be refundable on the basis of non-delivery.  In this situation where a parcel is returned to us as sender, we will send out for a second time at the expense of the customer. (Any damages to parcels or their contents should be reported within 7 days, so action can be taken with shipping company guidelines and policies). 

Royal Mail deem parcels lost after 10 days and up to 80 days have passed - we will use this guidance when dealing with delayed goods provided with a tracking number.

Please note for orders to Europe and Rest of the World: 
Royal Mail International Tracked Service is used to deliver overseas orders.
We endeavour to meet delivery times stated, but please do allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be delivered.  On occasion, delivery may be prolonged due to custom delays/pandemic/periods of increased demand which are outside of our control.  

Our products are priced in Pound Sterling (GBP), any currency conversion charges applied by the customers local bank/credit card are the responsibility of the customer.
